- How can I get the necessary shipping and order information after I purchase a pair of shoes?
We will always email you an order receipt for proof of purchase and a tracking number from the express carrier that we choose (based on location).
- When and how can I check my order status?
You an either check your status online by logging into the website, or you can check your email…we will always email you an order receipt and a tracking number from the express carrier that we use.
- How do I contact you if I have a question?
Please fill out our contact form located on the Contact Us page. - How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It can take, on average, up to 7 business days. Sometimes quicker, it really depends on your location. Please note that holidays are not included in business days.
- Do you ship to international locations?
Yes, we ship primarily to the USA, Canada, Europe and Middle East.
- Can you reserve a shoe for me?
No, we currently do not offer this option.
