  1. How can I get the necessary shipping and order information after I purchase a pair of shoes?
    We will always email you an order receipt for proof of purchase and a tracking number from the express carrier that we choose (based on location).
  2. When and how can I check my order status?
    You an either check your status online by logging into the website, or you can check your email…we will always email you an order receipt and a tracking number from the express carrier that we use.
  3. How do I contact you if I have a question?

  4. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
    It can take, on average, up to 7 business days. Sometimes quicker, it really depends on your location. Please note that holidays are not included in business days.
  5. Do you ship to international locations?
    Yes, we ship primarily to the USA, Canada, Europe and Middle East.
  6. Can you reserve a shoe for me?
    No, we currently do not offer this option.
