Standard Return Policy

Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange are as follows: Colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.

Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we will look into it.
