General Info:

1. KosherKicks does not carry duties on any damages or loss during shipping.
2. We can send shoes to virtually any address in the world.
3. Shoes are usually delivered via air express ways. Mostly EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX & SODEXI (depends on your location – we decide)
4. We always send out our shoes within 24 working hours after we have received payment. For bulk orders, shipping is done after production has been completed.
5. You will need to provide a physical address to ensure proper delivery. We arrange the transportation and shipment for each order. Some orders will have 2 way shipping meaning sea and air transport shipping.

Shipping Time:

1. Sea transport shipping: 23-27 days to arrive at your country port
2. Air transport shipping: 5-10 days to arrive at the given address
